Sounds great. What are some of the bands? They can go into the blogs and post comments...schedule them up as a group or separately. Can use all kinds of help...sign ups, name tags, 50/50 drawing, security, etc. Thanks, Phil

Well Phil, my party was a huge success and many of the same people are coming to your party this Sunday. I invited a few bands to come and join in the jam session. If you need any help with anything please feel free to ask. I am off this week but still remain on/call in case the hospital needs me. Hello Phil,
My name is Joanne. I received your flyer about your big potluck/ jam session on the 16th of next month. I am looking forward to coming. I work at RVMC as a nurse and took the liberty of posting your flyer in our break room. I plan events once a week for people in the community. It is a hobby of mine and have enjoyed it quite a bit. Back when I hosted my first event I had maybe 5 people that showed but now I have 60-100 people. This Saturday, July 1st, I am hosting a bbq and live jam session with 5 different bands. So far about 100 people have said they are coming. The last bbq I had we counted about 60. We have a dance floor, fire dancing, belly dancing, a 3 person co-ed slip-n-slide competition, and all the fun people you can imagine. If you would like to stop by and meet the crew and say hello, I would be honored

We need some country groups and players. We can turn birds of a feather into a finely tuned feather bed.
Scratch the "Beer Garden"; they didn't get permit. byob as in the past.
